Account delete karne ke baad aapka saara data — quiz history, progress, notes, subscription — hamesha ke liye delete ho jayega. Ise undo nahi kiya ja sakta.

1 App se Delete Karein (Sabse Asaan Tarika)

TopperApp app mein seedha account delete kar sakte hain:

1TopperApp app open karein
2Neeche Profile tab par tap karein (right corner)
3Scroll karke sabse neeche jayen
4"Account Delete Karein" button par tap karein
5Do baar confirm karein — account turant delete ho jayega

2 Email se Request Bhejein

Agar app access nahi hai, toh email se bhi delete karwa sakte hain:

Body mein likhein: Apna registered phone number ya email

Email request 7 business days ke andar process hogi.

Jo Data Retain Hota Hai

Legal aur financial requirements ke liye kuch data anonymized form mein rakhna padta hai:

•Payment transaction records (GST/tax compliance ke liye) — 3 saal
•Anonymized aggregate usage analytics (koi personal info nahi)

Account Delete करने से पहले जान लें

TopperApp account delete करना permanent action है। एक बार delete होने के बाद आपका सारा data — notes progress, quiz scores, Nidhi AI chat history, subscription status — permanently remove हो जाएगा और recover नहीं किया जा सकता।

Account Delete कैसे करें — Step by Step

TopperApp app खोलें और login करें

Settings (⚙️) icon पर tap करें (top right corner)

"Account" section में जाएं

"Delete My Account" button पर tap करें

Confirmation popup में "Yes, Delete" select करें

आपका account 24-48 hours में permanently delete हो जाएगा

Email से Account Delete Request

अगर app में delete option नहीं दिख रहा या app access नहीं है, तो email भेजें:

Email: topperapp@vrdntech.in

Subject: "Account Delete Request"

Body में अपना registered email/phone number लिखें

Team 48 hours के भीतर process करेगी

Account Delete के बाद क्या होगा

सभी personal data permanently delete हो जाएगा

Saved notes, quiz scores, progress सब remove होगा

Active subscription cancel हो जाएगी (refund policy applicable)

Nidhi AI chat history permanently remove होगी

Same email/phone से नया account बना सकते हैं (fresh start)
